Another amazing meal haha… Post workout I been doing this meal its my exact macros down to the gram just found a way to make it way more enjoyable then chugging a shake. Post workout is the one time you can get away with doing stuff like this with no problems; insulin sensitivity is high and body will pretty much utilize everything and store carbs as glycogen into muscle. -1 serving Greek yogurt -1.5 scoops isolyze cookies and cream mixed in -50 grams of honey bunch of oats granola -80 grams
